It’s all part of a one-off eight-course gastronomic dinner.

La Ventana sure knows how to end the month on a good note. On October 31, new head chef Toni Valero invites gourmands for a one-off eight-course Modern European menu paired with bubblies from Philippe Gamet.

It will truly be a night of feasting, with Asian and Spanish inspired dishes including the pineapple ceviche with coco, coriander and calamansi air; scallop with cauliflower and pandan puree; and sea cucumber rice with boletus carpaccio. Look out for the curry leaf ice cream & strawberry Szechuan pepper—an original creation that deserves repeat visits.
