Whisky lovers should not miss this chance to savour some of The Macallan’s finest whiskies paired with sumptuous dishes.

The Macallan has collaborated with Fumee Wine Club to present a whisky dinner to remember. You’ll taste some of its finest whiskies from the 1824 series—The Macallan Reflexion, The Macallan No.6, The Macallan M and even The Macallan Rare Cask—paired with some equally delectable creations.

The meal begins with a boldly savoury serving of jamon joselito Iberico and Roquefort papillon, followed by fresh and briny Irish wild oysters, caviar and watermelon granita. The main event, of course, is the black Angus filet mignon, while an indulgent Ghirardelli midnight cake brings the meal to a close.
