Spring is almost here. What better way to celebrate than with a delicious five-course menu curated by Fat Cow’s head chef Fukashi.

Take a seat at the communal bar and begin the meal with starters of seared seared Hokkaido scallop with yuzu mustard miso and Japanese rapeseed blossom followed by spring sashimi mori—finest selection of sashimi.

Fat Cow is known for its steaks, so you’ll be treated with the soft and buttery ohmi wagyu A4 kaburi sumibiyaki grilled right before your eyes. We hope you still have enough stomach space after this, because the sakura mocha is not to be missed.

Diners who order two set menus will receive a set of limited edition Sakura sake cups hand-crafted by their local partners, while stocks last.
