Once the darling of the chi-chi set, Iggy's has seen a change of chef, so while a Friday or Saturday night still draws a crowd. Iggy's does not offer à la carte menus, only table d'hote for lunch and three set menus for dinner. The table d'hote features dishes such as smoked ocean trout with Waldorf salad, and sakura ebi cappellini with konbu seaweed and homemade scampi oil. Braised pork cheek and a bellini (with a totally unexpected and none too pleasant fizzy candy) complete this degustation menu. To their credit, the staff serve a number of a la minute items from the kitchen, which adds an element of interest. Iggy's wine list, featuring predominantly Burgundian varietals, is famed for its extensive range and depth.
