The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill tempts you to wake up early on Saturday to tuck into its mouth-watering brunch dishes.

 Round up your friends, and head on down to One Fullerton for The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill’s weekend brunch feast. The recently introduced a la carte menu boasts a selection of hearty brunches that highlight fresh seafood catches.


Crab omelette

For the breakfast staples, there’s a host of East Coast American options which include bagels, oysters and frittatas. But if you are looking for more interesting and filling dishes, check out the Breakfast of Champs which is really a meal for the champions.

This has mouth-watering dishes such as the Pelican Croque’s Creation of USA Kurobuta pork ham, Swiss gruyere cheese, wholegrain mustard atop brioche bun. And for the grand finale, it’s served with fried egg and cherry tomatoes.

Bagel and eggs

There are also the smoked haddock & corn fritters, a truly Pelican offering which consists of smoked haddock, polenta sweet corn kernels; as well as the bagel & eggs, inspired by the famous NYC bagel but is more indulgent with its mentaiko cream cheese, sautéed spinach, house-smoked salmon and poached egg.


Seafood bouillabaise

You know what’s better, if you come with friends and opt for the sharing platters. The Oyster Platter is a good choice when you want to begin with a glass of champagne and fresh oysters; but if your tummy is craving for something warm and soupy, the seafood bouillabaisse is your best bet. It’s got loads of flavours from the stewed tiger prawns, green mussels, flower clams and barramundi fillet and served in a homemade lobster broth. More options are found on the new brunch menu; and yes, these can be enjoyed with the free flow Prosecco wine.
