Isopod ramen
Akin to a creature out of a sci-fi movie, a 14-legged crustacean sits on top of a bowl of ramen at Taipei-based ramen bar, The Ramen Boy. The isopod is steamed before serving, and according to customers, tastes similar to crab or lobster.
