2. Brewerkz One Fullerton

What started out as a local brewpub in 1997 has since expanded in Singapore to become a trusted F&B brand operating its own craft brewery and restaurants across the country. Its latest outlet is located at One Fullerton and consists of an indoor dining area and al fresco terrace, which looks out to the expansive Marina Bay. Admire the scenery while tucking into a Western- and Asian-inspired menu, prepared with local and sustainably sourced produce.

Dishes range from the sakura shrimp pasta featuring sakura ebi and sobrasada (cured sausage) from Spain to the braised short ribs accompanied by wasabi kale. While the extensive menu includes all-day bar bites and Western fare, the central attraction is the authentic Balinese and Javanese fare. The huge, broiled-to-perfection seafood platter is inspired by Jimbaran Bali BBQ and is a delicious ensemble of bamboo lobster, jumbo prawns, red snapper and squid coated in a medley of Balinese spices. Another star on the menu is the serving of chicken that is first cooked sous vide to give it a succulent texture before it’s grilled.
