Available in both outlets is the a la carte menu, which runs from 7 to 30 December 2015. Making it worth your trip, the chefs have whipped up mouth-watering creations that begin with the Vanilla Bourbon Pumpkin Soup with Ricotta and Chestnut Ravioli. While it’s so easy to finish these down to the last bite, make sure you leave space in your stomach for the equally addictive Parma Ham with Fresh Fig, Mozzarella, Mixed Mesclun with Lemon Balsamic Reduction.

Take it easy on the appetisers though, because there are still mains and desserts worth trying. A classic dish is the Braised Turkey Breast which is cooked perfectly to achieve that tender and juicy meat. It comes with broccolini, cranberry sauce and white wine turkey jus for that added indulgence.  Other dishes on the menu which are equally as good are the Pan Roasted Cod and Braised Veal Cheek. Finally, the hearty meal ends on a sweet note with the Banana Fosters Crepe and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, The Marmalade Pantry at Novena has prepared something special as well – a Christmas buffet filled with usual food like appetisers, fresh seafood and hearty mains. But what makes this spread unique is its holiday treats, especially the desserts of Buche De Noel Green Tea and White Chocolate Log Cake and Christmas Gingerbread House.
