Embark On A Culinary Journey With Britain's Finest Chefs
Belmond British Pullman has announced the chef line-up for its annual pop-up dinner series, and it is nothing short of impressive. Featuring some of Britain’s most iconic chefs, some lucky 140 guests will have the opportunity to dine on an exclusive seven-course dinner and embark on a culinary journey from London Victoria Station.
Spring restaurant’s Skye Gyngell will open the gourmet series on June 21. Known for her ethos rooted in sustainability and seasonality, as well as her penchant for quality produce from biodynamic farm Fern Verrow in Herefordshire, guests can expect guilt-free dining with a taste of summer.
Other featured chefs include world-famous Raymond Blanc OBE, chef patron of two-Michelin starred Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons; Michel Roux Jr of the renowned two-Michelin starred restaurant Le Gavroche, who returns to the series by popular demand; and the UK’s youngest Michelin-star chef, Merlin Labron-Johnson. Each will craft a bespoke on-board menu in their distinct culinary styles.
Along with these four hosted dinners are several pop-up events, including two afternoon teas hosted by former Great British Bake Off judge and food writer Mary Berry, on May 3 and 4.
