A big part of that, of course, are the labels they’re presenting. They’ve worked with master distillers and experts to bring to Singapore the finest and rarest whiskies, some of which are exclusive to the event.
Keep a look out for the Blood Oath Bourbon Release #3 and the Michter’s 10 Year Single Barre Rye, which are hard to find and highly sought after. The good dining_news is you can taste the rye whisky; come early though for only one bottle will be opened for sampling.
And if you’re looking for the most exclusive bottle—the one which deserves a place in your prized whisky collection—head straight for Willet’s The Family Estate 20 Year Single Barrel Bourbon and The Family Estate 25 Year Single Barrel Rye. Both are not in production anymore, and only one of each is available for purchase at the event.
Novices, don’t fret for you don’t have to be a whisky connoisseur to enjoy the event. We just want to bring some of our friends together to celebrate the warmth and inclusiveness that has always been part of the culture." says Alessandroni.

They also want it to be fun, so tipples and food are part of the agenda. Four participating bars (28 HongKong Street, Employees Only, Manhattan and Skinny's Lounge) are presenting inventive whiskey cocktails; pair them with classic American burgers by Travis Masiero of Blue Label Burgers and Dave Pynt of Meatsmith. Stay through the night, it will only get better with food, booze and DJ's spinning classic American, soul and hip hop tunes.
