The food festival is back for the second time, and now it's bigger and better with 10 participating chefs whipping up signature eats from their home countries
“There is a misconception that Latin American cuisine is mainly Mexican and Peruvian,” admits Peruvian chef Daniel Chavez of the Ola Kitchen Group. That’s what he wanted to change when he came up with Latinada, Singapore’s first Latin American festival, which is back this year from September 8 to 16.
Now on its second edition, Daniel confirmed that it’s a much bigger event, with 10 invited chefs from Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Puerto Rico cooking at 12 participating establishments.
