At Lime’s Sunday Champagne brunch, you’ll find a veritable feast headlined by an unlimited flow of Piper Heidsieck Champagne.

Napoleon Bonaparte once declared, “In victory, you deserve Champagne, in defeat, you need it.” While we believe you don’t need a reason to pop the bubbly, we say you shouldn’t have it on its own. Pair it with cheese, foie gras, or even a spicy stir-fry of kung pao squid.

At Lime’s Sunday Champagne brunch, you’ll find a veritable feast headlined by an unlimited flow of Piper Heidsieck Champagne. It may be a buffet but plenty of attention has gone into the details. There’s Echire butter — the creme de la crème of all butters — and Maine lobsters, tiger prawns, and freshly shucked pacific oysters gleaming on ice. A creamy mushroom risotto topped with jamón ibérico and parmigiano reggiano is prepared à la minute, as is the pan seared foie gras and eggs Norwegian. Carnivores can gnaw on US prime rib, Guinea fowl, and lamb from the carving station while thosehankering for Asian fare will find the likes of dim sum, beef rendang, and Thai pomelo salad available too.

For dessert, you’ll find a mix up of European and Asian sweets, with kueh lapis and mango sago sitting alongside freshly baked macarons and fruit tarts.
