Whether it’s a casual meal or a dinner date, these diners have your burger cravings covered with some of the best options in town

1. Wolf Burgers

Tatler Asia

Tucked in a cosy corner of Pasarbella at Suntec City, Wolf Burgers offers high quality burgers that are fuss-free and accessible. The Mighty Alpha, made with double premium beef patties and cheese, is the real deal; perfectly seared buns that are moist but not too oily, hold thick and juicy patties cooked to your preferred doneness. And if you're craving something with a local spin, new flavours include the Lemongrass Chicken burger, while the Buttermilk Fried Chicken burger is topped with a salted egg yolk sauce.

2. Hans Im Gluck

Tatler Asia

The German burger chain offers a healthier range of burgers with 30 different flavours to choose from,  but it’s the sinful options that always capture our palate. So go big and have the Wilder Western, which comprises thick, juicy patties topped with melted aged cheddar cheese and crisp fried onions. It’s finished with a generous drizzle of barbecue sauce and served between sourdough or multigrain buns.

3. OverEasy

Tatler Asia

OverEasy promises the ultimate American diner experience—from checkerboard floors, big neon signs and cosy booths, to milkshakes and, of course, classic burgers. Weekends (read: cheat days) are made for The Hangover Party IV, a hearty serving of streaky bacons, heritage ham, a sunny-side up, the signature wagyu patty, breakfast rösti and red cheddar stacked between English muffins. We did say it was cheat day.

4. 25 Degree Burgers

Tatler Asia

All the way from Los Angeles, this burger, wine and liquor bar serves up quintessentially American food presented with a glamourous flair. And with burgers cheekily named Number One, Two, Three and Four, you can tell no time is wasted on explaining fluffy names. Number One is created with the signature 200g USA Angus beef patty, caramelised onions, crescenza, prelibato gorgonzola, Canadian bacon and arugula. Held firmly between two thick and soft buns, it’s the perfect combination of sweet and savoury, coupled with hints of smokiness from the grilled patty.

5. The Quarters

Tatler Asia

Serving modern Singaporean cuisine, this is the place to indulge in flavours with a bit of flair—think traditional street food served with a fancy touch. There was also a time when salted egg yolk went with everything—croissants, fries and even waffles—and you can bet on getting your fix here. The cafe’s salted egg chicken burger has received high praises for its generously portioned salted egg yolk and oat battered chicken that’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We say, forget cutleries and dig in with your hands!
