Brasserie Les Saveurs will host Michelin-starred chefs (and brothers) Carl and Rudi Obauer from 30 October to 1 November. The duo’s unique Austrian cuisine will highlight ingredients from their hometown, Werfen, with dishes such as smoked trout sausage and blueberry risotto. The gala night on 30 October features a six-course meal paired with Austrian wines. On 31 October and 1 November, a four-course menu ($108 without wine or $158 with wine pairing) or six-course menu ($158 without wine or $238 with wine pairing) will be available.
