Revel in the contrasting techniques of Michelin-starred chefs Laurent Peugeot and Loic Villemin as they whip up five plates created with the same ingredients. Both Peugeot and Villemin hail from France but have worked in Asia and have incorporated Asian flavours into their cuisine.

The two maestros will develop dishes createdwith the same five core ingredients of scallops, King crab, red mullet, pigeon and parsnip. Overseeing the black team is Peugeot while Villemin plays on the lighter side.

Here’s a sneak peak: the ten-course meal will start off with the scallop dish. Peugeot will use deep and intense secondary ingredients such as praline, liquorice and lemon caviar. While on the opposing side, Villemin will use vibrant and lifting ingredients such as mandarin, jasmine and yuzu to pair with the sweet flesh of the scallop.

The Black & White dinner is priced at $178 per person and $238 with wine pairing.  The dinner is available from 13-16 March.
