Pi Day falls on March 14 and we are commemorating the mathematical constant (π) in the best way possible—with a decadent slice of pie. The idea to celebrate Pi began in 1988, by former physicist Larry Shaw, who was the first to connect March 14 with the constant, 3.14. Today, Pi Day is honoured by many, through savouring a slice of pie.
Whether you enjoy a slice filled with rich chocolate or tangy fruits, there is a pie out there for everyone. From popular flavours like key lime to more novel and fruity creations such as wildberry lavender and deconstructed lemon pie, here are the ones that are making our mouths water.
