In the kitchen, the three Italian chefs Giovanni, Angelo and Marco devise an array of dishes with a touch of elegance. For instance the thinly sliced yellow fin tuna carpaccio perked up with citrus, and paired with a mound of King crab and fennel salad is a refreshing appetiser to kick-start the meal. A standout in the menu is the creamy risotto with Porcini mushrooms, cooked to perfection and topped with shavings of precious truffle. Of mains, the grilled wagyu beef sirloin is wonderfully tender and paired with green asparagus, Burratina cheese, Sicilian cherry tomatoes and ratte potatoes. The grilled lamb chop with eggplant parmiggiana and green asparagus in thyme scented jus is another highlight worth sinking your teeth into. To round off the exquisite meal, opt for the sweet baked pineapple in parchment paper, served with lavender gelato and sour cherries or homemade vanilla, coffee and hazelnut gelato with a shot of espresso.
