Treat yourself to the diverse culinary offerings at ADHD, which stands for All Day Hotel Dining.

It’s 9pm, and you’re just heading out for dinner after your pre-dinner drinks session overran—as usual. You’ve got a serious case of the munchies, but you’re looking for something cosier than the late-night zhi char kopitiam. Enter ADHD (All Day Hotel Dining) at The South Beach hotel.

Complete with a Philippe Starck-designed interior, dining at ADHD does make you feel like you’re right at home—with a fancier menu. Be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can expect to find an eclectic range of international cuisine created by executive chef Martin Bräcker.

Salmon three ways

One of the more popular starters would be the salmon three ways—a roulade of smoked salmon and sour cream, balik salmon, and the Asian-cured salmon topped with black caviar. The richness of the thick sour cream is balanced perfectly with the smoked salmon, giving off a rather savoury taste, working well with the Balik-smoked and Asian-cured salmon, which were lighter and more refreshing.

Truffle oxtail

Another must-try dish that will tantalise your taste buds: The truffle oxtail. The oxtail is braised for four hours before being breaded and fried to give the perfect outer crust. Its first crunch before you taste the juicy meat make this a delectable creation that will leave you wanting more after every bite. Plus it’s served with shaved black truffles. If you’re looking for something more Asian, the baked lemon chicken, served with lemon leaves and Turkish rock salt hits the spot. The taste of the lemon is kept light, and the chicken is cooked to tender perfection, making the dish an absolute delight to tuck into.

Herb-coated veal tenderloin

Another hearty highlight at ADHD is the herb-coated veal tenderloin. The oven-roasted veal tenderloin topped with port wine jus is served with butter-tossed vegetables and potato gratin on the side. The robust herbs pair perfectly with the sweet, tender meat and port wine jus.

Berry Fields

Enough with the mains, it’s time for something sweet. The Berry Fields dessert has a gorgeous presentation, with a red cherry mascarpone dome, garnished with berries marinated in Grand Marnier and a yoghurt mousse.

Our only wish? That ADHD was truly an all-day dining spot for the public, as last orders are taken at 10.30pm.
