When Elaine and John Kim hosted a dinner party for US ambassador and wife, Kirk and Crystal Wagar, they chose to hold it at Chef’s Table, housed in Capella Singapore. The venue, which can accommodate up to 14 people, customises bespoke experiences for guests.
Come dinner, the home-styled restaurant was given a lavish set-up. A long table was draped in crisp white linen and decorated with fresh flowers, while the open kitchen was filled with fresh ingredients.
The guests, including Wei-Lin Kwee and Lily Neo, settled in their seats with flutes of champagne, as their personal chefs cooked up their curated menu à la minute. Overall it was a memorable dinner in an intimate venue, coupled with impeccable service and delectable food.
