They don’t call Singapore a food-loving nation for no reason. The Little Red Dot won big at Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, with 9 local establishments making the list. Here are the highlights from the awards night in W Bangkok.

Our Generation T-lister André Chiang garnered 2 awards—Restaurant André moved up a spot to #2 (also officially The Best Restaurant in Singapore), while Raw in Taiwan placed #24. Helmed by chef Julien Royer, the much-lauded Odette (Singapore Tatler’s Best Restaurants 2016/2017 Best Service awardee) set a record as the Highest New Entry in the history of the awards, breaking into the top ten at #9. Talented, affable, and well-loved chef Dave Pynt had double the accolades—he was named Chefs’ Choice, sponsored by Peroni, and his restaurant Burnt Ends placed #10.
