Ginger Bread Flip
If you’re feeling a little too grown-up for gingerbread men and gingerbread houses, head to the Pelican Bar and ask the bartender to shake up a Ginger Bread Flip, a creamy whisky based cocktail made of Suntory Kakubin Whisky, Wincarnis Ginger Wine, Taylor’s Port, gingerbread syrup, whole egg and grated pumpkin powder.

Celebrate Christmas and ring in the New Year with style at Anti:dote. Head craftsman Tom Hogan’s The Golden Age is a most delightful cocktail of saccharine pleasure, complete with fresh citrus notes amidst the familiar tinge of holiday spices thanks to some honey and apple-spice syrup finished with cognac. Topped with bubbly goodness, this drink is most suitably paired with Chef Carlos Montobbio’ Festive Suckling Pig.

Making it to the menu just in time for Christmas is Jekyll & Hyde’s Cinnamon Spice. This Remy Martin Cognac based drink comes with the festive flavours of cinnamon syrup and a refreshing dash of lemon. Simply put, it’s sugar, spice and everything nice.
Almost Christmas and Rudolf’s Swizzle
Get into the festive cheer and order up the Almost Christmas from Bob’s Bar. A creamy blend of Baileys and white cacao with minty highlights topped with brandy-soaked cherries, this cocktail will no doubt have you counting down the days till Christmas. And because the kiddies should not be left out of the celebrations, the bar also offers a festive mocktail.
Rudolf ’s Swizzle is a refreshing icy blend of fresh muddled berries and thyme topped with crushed ice and garnished with a decorative ice ball.
