The annual food fiesta that celebrates everything local has an enticing culinary line-up of online food tours and live masterclasses from chefs such as Julien Royer, Dave Pynt and Cheryl Koh
It’s always a good idea to celebrate our local food culture, especially now that the F&B scene continues to struggle to recover from the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. And that is why it only makes sense for the organisers of the Singapore Food Festival (SFF) to go ahead with the annual culinary event, which runs from today until August 30—albeit, in a digital format.
This year’s theme is “Rediscover the Foodie in You”, which is part of the massive SingapoRediscovers campaign that encourages citizens to continue supporting the lifestyle and tourism businesses. For this, they’ve prepared a gastronomic line-up of virtual food tours and live masterclasses that guests can partake in from their own homes.
Signing up for the masterclasses is free, but if you want to get a hands-on experience, there’s the option to order the food bundles curated by the participating chefs. Here are some events you shouldn’t miss.
