Forlino

The renowned Italian restaurant is located on the second level of One Fullerton and gives a sweeping view of the Marina Bay, as well as the F1 circuit during the Grand Prix season. Taking advantage of its strategic location, the restaurant has full glass walls to ensure an unobstructed view of the stunning scenery.

While admiring the scene, diners can feast on contemporary fine dining cuisine by Chef Yohhei Sasaki. Trained in the art of Italian cooking, some of his must-try dishes are the Burrata in Gazpachi accompanied by Caviar Olive Oil Bubbles, Linguine Pasta ‘Aglio e Olio’ ai Ricci di Mare and the signature Tiramisu. Pair these with premium Italian wines for a perfect meal with a matching view to boot.

Zafferano

Diners can admire Marina Bay from a different angle at Zafferano, which sits pretty on the 43rd level of Ocean Financial Centre. The Italian Restaurant ensures that diners get to fully appreciate the views with outdoor lounges, decked with luxurious seats. Of course, it’s best to take pleasure in this experience with a drink on hand and maybe a good meal.

Inside the restaurant is a huge circular bar that seems to have every drink one could imagine – premium wines, whiskeys, beers and cocktails. These are complemented with hearty Italian fare of meat dishes, pasta and sinful desserts.

Tamarind Hill

Tamarind Hill offers a luxurious break from the bustling city life.  Nestled quietly in Labrador Nature Reserve, the stunning restaurant is housed in a colonial bungalow, converted to look like a tropical resort with a gorgeous view of the sea and lush greenery. In fact so serene are the surroundings that you can almost forget where you are, as you enjoy the finest in Thai food.

The menu consists of contemporary Thai cuisine served in the most sophisticated styles; some of which are the Tamarind Hill Platter, Tom Yum Seafood and Grilled Wagyu Sirlon and Foie Gras served with green curry. There’s a limited selection of boozy drinks, which are available by glass or bottle. But for a short vacation on top of a hill, these are more than enough.
