Under his leadership, El Bulli was the most famous restaurant in the world until it closed in 2011. The acclaimed Spanish chef is also the author of elBulli 2005-2011, which documents those years. Melissa Twigg finds out how the celebrated chef charges his batteries when he's not on the pass.
