Looking forward to celebrate New Year’s Eve with sumptuous food and a stunning vista? If so, head over to Catalunya to indulge in the chef’s 10-course degustation menu of Spanish favourites, some of which are the Carabinero Prawn Tartar with Nori Seaweed Cornet and the Squid Ink Pasta with Sea Urchin and Sea Foam.

With only one seating on that night, you have more than enough time to savour these offerings until the clock strikes 12. When it does, witness the sky light up from the festive fireworks to welcome 2016. If you want a more close up view, Catalunya also invites you to join the rooftop party where you can drink and dance under the stars.
