And our bartenders do more than just mixing and shaking—they are artists and craftsmen in their own right, concocting imaginative creations that continue to invigorate our senses. 

We scour Instagram to bring you a list of gorgeous drinks you need on your feed. From icy blue flames to a generous serving of candy floss, these bars pull no stops for the most photogenic cocktail.

The Powder Room's Playing With Fire turns up the heat with Martell Cordon bleu, grapes and homemade date syrup, peppered with spices.


Operation Dagger's Peaches & Cream brings a whole new meaning to bubbly. The flavours of peach, red rice, and burnt cream come together for a velvety cocktail, topped with vanilla bubbles.


Pucker up for The Secret Mermaid's Sexy Lips, a refreshing pick-me-up crafted from lemon, watermelon honey syrup, pomegranate, peach bitters, vodka, and topped with a generous serving of whipped cream.


2am: dessertbar by Janice Wong knows the way to a woman's heart. The umeshu cotton candy cocktail paired with cassis plum is a sweet, fruity treat crafted from ume plum liqueur and topped with candy floss.


Caffeine addicts: Get your coffee fix at Manhattan Bar with the Caffé Casoni. Shaken from fresh Italian espresso, Cynar, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth, Tanqueray No. 10 Gin, Luxardo Hazelnut Liqueur and served with a hazelnut garnish, the creamy mix goes down bitter and dry.


Majestic Bird is Smoke and Mirrors' regal twist on the classic Thunderbird, mixed from Trinidad dark rum, tequila, gentian liqueur, beetroot and pineapple syrup, and fresh lime. Orange zest and a peacock feather make the finishing touches.


Take a walk in the park with The Botanic Gardens by Gibson. Zesty and sweet, the nectar is crafted from Monkey 47 Gin, bee pollen, fermented honey, clarified granny smith apple juice. Presented in a terrarium-like vase, the drink is embellished with grape vines and a single orchid bloom as a nod to the landmark.


Unicorn-inspired drinks may be a cliché by now, but really—can anyone resist a drink as pretty as this? Maison Ikkoku's Rainbow Unicorn Cocktail is available upon request. The bespoke bar doesn't have a menu to choose from, so you'll always be in for a surprise.


Jekyll and Hyde's Angel Islington is a classy and elegant choice.  Created from gin, cointreau, umeshu & bubbly Prosecco, and garnished with crushed petals, it's a refreshing floral cocktail for your palate.


Pastel pink and garnished with a delicate bell rose, Jigger and Pony's Mary Pickford is just as its name suggests—a sweet and girly concoction. Bacardi rum, Luxardo Maraschino, grenadine, pineapple and lemon are shaken together for this pretty cocktail.
