(Relaxnews) - The UK has a new baby princess to coo over, and if she turns out to be anything like big brother Prince George then we're expecting her to become a style icon practically overnight. But as every sensible little girl knows, you don't need to be a princess to dress like one; there are plenty of high street and designer options for budding fashion queens.

Baby clothes are getting chicer by the season, especially in Britain, where retro-traditional styles are on-trend. Quintessentially British children's labels have seen a huge rise in demand for garments spotted on the young Prince George, who always looks dapper when carrying out official duties. Indeed, he was seen just last weekend going to meet his new sibling Charlotte in togs from UK store Amaia Kids. The brand also has a gorgeous girls' line, with highlights from the summer 2015 collection including a series of beautiful dresses for all occasions. We particularly love this pretty blue "Regate" cotton dress with smocking embroidery on the collar (£70, around $105).

Another royal favorite is Trotters, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge often pick up outfits for their son. Will they be shopping there for their new addition too? The girls' line includes bodies, t-shirts and cardigans, but we can't get enough of this "Baby Emma Dress" featuring a china blue Toile de Jouy pattern (£37, around $56).

For classic British style for your little one, head over to Burberry, where the summer 2015 range includes this new "Check Cuff Cotton Dress" for $115. It isn't the most practical of choices given its light hue, but could be perfect for a special event. Alternatively, check out old favorite Boden, where you can find all sorts of summery gems, such as this fruit-themed "Pretty Appliqué T-Shirt" ($26).

And for the ultimate English rose look take a peek at the new Cath Kidston, whose boys' tank top flew off the shelves when little George wore it for his official Christmas photo last year. The girls' range includes plenty of cute dresses and rompers, but we love this "Baby Girls Jacket Star Mono" for an adorable relaxed look in unpredictable UK weather.
