The purveyor of all things whimsical, colourful and fun has brought together a cast of iconic New York faces, including Karlie Kloss, for their Autumn 2015 campaign.

There’s never a dull moment when it comes to Kate Spade’s seasonal campaigns, and for Autumn 2015, there’s certainly no change on the fashion front. This season, Chief Creative Director, Deborah Lloyd, has looked to all things young, fresh and New York-centric as she puts together quite the stellar cast for the latest campaign.

Set in the famed, Deco-inspired, Big Apple hot-spot that is Two E Bar, American supermodel and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss joined fellow new generation superstars including artist Anh Duong, singer-songwriter Alice Smith and writer Karley Sciortino.  Representing the boys were Alireza Niroomand of café Sant Ambroeus SoHo, and Jon Batiste, charismatic bandleader of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

So, what is the campaign all about? Well, apart from the stunning array of images playing homage to the fashion labels hometown and the next generation of ones to watch, there’s a serious issue at play here: the clothes. For evening there’s an array of shift dresses, playfully accessorised by the now Kate Spade standard, the bow. For day, it’s time to play with plaid as one of fashion’s most iconic prints makes a welcome return in the form of skirts, bags and even ponchos. Peter Pan dresses also make a cameo, as do a playful array of fur-embellished accessories ranging from stoles to bags. Autumn couldn’t come soon enough.
