Singapore tatler has featured Kim Lim’s globe-traipsing ways in the past, and this issue, we take another sojourn with the young lady, this time to Paris. In just 72 hours, we went through at least five cases full of Louis Vuitton’s current fashion season’s best; blazed through stores and streets to capture hundreds of photographs; and saw the endearingly unguarded 23-year-old get bashful after receiving a bouquet of 99 roses from her boyfriend. The trip also saw us sitting alongside her in the front row at the maison’s autumn/winter 2015 fashion show. This, before we embarked on more shoots around the scenic city, and a visit to the Louis Vuitton family home in Asnières. Straight after, she flew to Valencia, where her dad owns the Spanish city’s home football club, for the Fallas festival. Beyond her jetsetter tips and tricks, what we learned about Kim is that while she lives quite the fast and high life, she is nothing but grounded—in two-inch flatforms—and she’s got her supportive crew of friends to vouch for it.
