The Palazzo Fendi in Rome — home to Fendi’s largest boutique — has reopened and transformed itself into an “international retail destination” for fashion enthusiasts. Along with the re-design, the Italian luxury brand has also added several new things for Fendi fans and shoppers to look out for. Here, we list the three things that we can’t wait to experience ourselves.

1. The Fendi boutique

On the ground and first floors of the Palazzo boutique is where you’ll find racks of Fendi’s latest and most sought-after women’s and men’s pieces. Besides the ready-to-wear items, there are also furs and accessories to complete your wardrobe. And when your legs are aching from all the shopping, you don’t have to step out to look for a place to rest. Just head to the top floor and find Zuma, Rome’s first international restaurant, or  the roof terrace and enjoy a few drinks at the bar with lovely views of Rome.

2. The in-store Fur Atelier — a world’s first

Those who’re looking for even more luxurious designs may head to the first level — home to the flagship store’s fur salon. Fendi will host guests for their made-to-order fur service here; you can customise the colours, fur types, inner lining and also personalise labels and sizes to make your Fendi pieces truly exclusively. For those who want to admire the artisans at work, they can also do so behind the work station’s  glass windows.

3. The first Fendi hotel

Sure, you’ve experienced Fendi’s bespoke services. But to truly live life the Fendi way, check into the Fendi private suites on the fourth level of the Palazzo. Designed by architect, Marco Costanzi, there are seven private suites for travellers who want a luxurious stay with easy access to the heart of Rome. Ranging from 34 to 60sqm, the rooms boast a classic-meets-contemporary design by marrying the building’s aristocratic Roman elegance with modern touches. The results reflect Fendi’s expertise in merging different eras and styles to create a unique and luxurious experience.
