In October last year, Swiss beauty brand La Prairie teamed up with world-renowned pastry chef Cédric Grolet in a bid to merge the worlds of luxury skincare and fine food. This collaboration unveiled a culinary masterpiece: a savoury caviar-infused pastry. This marked a first for the pastry chef, who is renowned for his avant-garde “trompe l’oeil” sweet pastries.
The exceptional culinary creation was made in celebration of the skincare house’s re-imagined Skin Caviar Luxe Cream. The pasty features exquisite caviar—La Prairie’s iconic ingredient—harmoniously blended into a pastry.
