Known for his signature red soles on his shoes designs, Christian Louboutin steps into the world of beauty with the debut of a new range of nail polishes.

Christian Louboutin's first ever collection of polishes, Nail Colour, takes inspiration from Louboutin's designs, as can be seen from Rogue Louboutin. Featuring a fiery red together with an eight inch bottle cap that was the highest heel ever made for a Louboutin shoe, the shade mimics the iconic red hue that can be found on the sole of every pair of Louboutins.
Louboutin's love affair with colour can be traced back to his very first pair of shoes, which he improved by applying a coat of red polish to the sole. Since the red sole was technically born from a red nail polish, with this collection, Louboutin hopes to 'give back to the beauty of nails' in a product that has heavily sculpted his designs.
Come Sept 1, 30 additional nail colours that have been inspired by Louboutin's many accessories and footwear will also be available.
