When it comes to life's luxuries, for Loh Lik Peng, it's all about good food and very good company
It's easy to see why Loh Lik Peng is a happy man. As the owner of the Unlisted Collection, he has his very talented fingers on the pulse of Singapore's buzzing hospitality scene. "Being in the restaurant scene for me is something that's very much part of my lifestyle as I love going to restaurants anyway. So it doesn't feel much like work for me," he told us as we filmed him for the #WeAreSingaporeTatler campaign at Wanderlust hotel, one of his many properties.
With his sister-in-law, Tjin Lee, also taking part in the #WeAreSingaporeTatler campaign, Singapore Tatler is more than just a family affair for him. He tells us that the dining section on SingaporeTatler.com is an invaluable resource for him, both personally and professionally. “SingaporeTatler.com is a very useful reference for me, not only to find out about the latest restaurants but also for the retail offerings; I love to indulge my passion for furniture every now and again."
So, with some of the hottest restaurants and hotels in Singapore under his very slick command, how does he relax? Well, as you might imagine, it centres around dining as Lik Peng quips, "Luxury and a good time, to me, is all about two things: good food and very good company."
