The seven-year-old child tells Melissa Gail Sing about his most unforgettable Christmas and how he's reaching out to the less fortunate this season.

What does Christmas mean to you?
Spending time with family and friends in Australia whom I don't get to see often.‎

Tell us about your most unforgettable Christmas.

Last year, we spent Christmas in Japan with all my family. There were many beautiful sights such as the rough Christmas trees, which were covered with huge drops of ice that looked like colourful bubbles. I also enjoyed watching professional skiers sliding down enormous snowy mountains and tiny snowflakes falling from the great white sky. It was also enjoyable listening to the great howling winds and soothing carols echoing through the street.

How are you preparing for this Christmas?

This year I started my Christmas preparations by going with my mum (Rany) and her friends to Batam, distributing gifts to poor children there.

Christmas is also a time for being thankful. What are you most thankful for?

Loving and good family, good health and good education.

Does the world need Santa?

Yes. To give children hope‎ and happiness.
