Found in hotel tower 2, this unique venue delights both inside and out by boasting stunning, unobstructed views of both the city and Gardens by the Bay and offering luxuriously elegant decor. 

But enough about that and onto the tasty treats. Well, on the chocolate front, there's over 40 chocolate-themed desserts for the sweet fans, while the savoury diners are sure to be satisfied with 12 top-notch, premium European cheeses, available with, of course, a wine pairing option. 

While the cheese and chocolate bar might not be new, it has most certainly been given a breath of fresh air thanks to Executive Pastry Chef, Anthony Poh, who brings with him over 17 years experience. Now thanks to his superb culinary prowess, he and his team have created some unique desserts that pair the more traditional chocolate with surprising flavours to form the likes of milk chocolate blue cheese cream with thyme foam. Yummy.
