Designing Lovability

We've heard of a liveable city, but a loveable city? Singapore has announced a new masterplan, Design 2025, that aims to use design to turn our city from livable to loveable. Has the no-nonsense Lion City finally decided to show its softer side? Can you really design lovability? To answer this question, we speak to three creatives, including DesignSingapore Council's Agnes Kwek and DP Architect's Jeremy Tan, as well as our cover subject Liu Thai Ker, the man who developed Singapore's landscape in the 1970s.
