Sleek, sophisticated and powerful, the new EB 333 oven by Gaggenau is a must-have accessory in any serious chef’s kitchen. This year, the German brand celebrates its 333rd anniversary with a modern makeover of its most iconic 90cm-wide EB 300 oven, while still retaining the traditional avant-garde design of the 30-year-old classic favourite that can fit four roast chickens with upgraded technology and quality standards.
Established in 1683, Gaggenau is well known for its high-quality home appliances that often find their way to private and restaurant kitchens that appreciate the brand’s advanced technological innovations and clean design combined with high functionality.
The EB 333 is no different. It gives an overall more intuitive user experience, which includes a revised cavity design that aligns the model with the capabilities of Gaggenau’s latest 400 and 200 series ovens. Its aesthetic presentation is enhanced with an updated lighting concept and you can also purchase exclusively designed black rotary knobs in place of the default stainless steel ones to complete the contemporary look of your new kitchen helper, which remains nearly entirely handcrafted in Lipsheim, France.
The oven’s new control module with TFT touch display makes it easier to prepare any dish, and opening and closing the quadruple-glazed door—a deceptively imposing 3mm-thick stainless steel mass—is a breeze thanks to a new soft opening and closing technology.
Gaggenau’s global brand head, Sven Schnee, says: “In this momentous year, the launch of the EB 333 feels like the most fitting way to celebrate Gaggenau’s heritage and its future simultaneously. It is our most iconic design piece and it perfectly combines Gaggenau’s passion for modern innovation and precise craftsmanship.”
