Restaurant André hardly needs any introduction, thanks to a slew of accolades under its belt—it recently earned two Michelin stars and has kept its spot in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for five years running. “Every metropolis has an iconic restaurant that reflects the culture, geography and strengths of the city. It has always been my intention for Restaurant André to be that restaurant people will fly to Singapore for,” says chef André Chiang. “I hope this will inspire young chefs and show them that nothing is impossible.”
