Sorely missed in 2013 due to the devastating Typhoon Hagupit, Philippine Tatler Ball returned in 2014 with a bang. The Rizal Ballroom of the Makati Shangri-La, Manila was filled to capacity with the country’s most illustrious personalities. Michel Lamunière, vice-president of Edipresse Group, addressed the gathering and honored the evening's guests and the 6.4 million pesos raised for the Virlanie Foundation on the night. The efforts of society’s most exceptional individuals were also recognised during the evening with the presentation of the annual Philippine Tatler Awards. The guests were entertained by the talented Virlanie Children’s Choir, “Divine Diva” Zsa Zsa Padilla and New-York based tap dancer Omar Edwards.

Philanthropy and excellence in an ambiance of elegance and conviviality—there is no better way to spend an evening.
