The Young Chef 2015 Southeast Asia Regional Challenge | Tatler Asia

S.Pellegrino has unveiled the South East Asian (SEA) regional winner of the Young Chef 2015 semi-finals on 5th February 2015. At the high-energy challenge held at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Kirk Westaway, Sous Chef of Restaurant ‘JAAN’ Singapore, emerged top among 10 semi-finalists from the region who presented their signature dish to celebrated chefs André Chiang, Ryan Clift and Gaggan Anand.

Westaway will represent SEA in the grand finals held during the Expo Milano 2015 in June and be one of 20 regional finalists competing for the prestigious title of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015.
