It was truly a feast for the senses when Singapore Tatler hosted our first‑ever Tatler Table: The Art Series at the Ode to Art gallery. Chef Kirk Westaway, head chef of Michelin-starred Jaan, crafted a bespoke tasting menu for the occasion. The menu was paired with a curated selection of wines from The French Cellar, a premium wine subscription service. Both Chef Westaway and sommelier Jonathann Gallay were on hand to present the gastronomic delights to the group of art lovers present at the gallery.

The highlight of the evening was the opportunity to dine with the highly acclaimed, reclusive artist Hong Zhu An, who is represented by Ode to Art. He held court with art enthusiasts who discovered how his childhood in Shanghai and four years spent living in Australia influenced his body of work.
