It was an evening of palatable pleasures at Singapore Tatler’s Best Restaurants 2015 Awards Night. Upon their arrival at the Mandarin Oriental, guests were greeted by a spectacular spread of food by Cherry Garden, Tandoor, Senso and Bacchanalia, as well as gourmet food retailer Four Seasons Organic Market.
It wasn’t just the food they came for, but to toast the year’s most outstanding dining establishments. Among the awards presented were the Hall of Fame awards to Cut, Jaan, Joël Robuchon and Otto Ristorante. Jointly presented by MasterCard, the event also unveiled Singapore Tatler Singapore’s Best Restaurants 2015 and Regional Best Restaurants 2015 guides, essential dining guides for the discerning gourmand. Guests mingled over exquisite tipple from Ewineasia, Macallan whisky, Snow Leopard vodka cocktails, Peroni beer, San Pellegrino, coffee from Philips and Häagen-Dazs ice-cream.
