It was a night where fine dining came together with a finer mission of giving a new lease of life to sick, needy children from around the Asean region. Tan Su Shan, a KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Health Endowment Fund board of trustees member, gathered friends for a private fundraising dinner at The White Rabbit in November. The dinner coincided with the final night of local pop-up gourmet concept 4XFour at the restaurant, where Michelin-star chef Ollie Dabbous of his eponymous London restaurant served a delicious six-course menu including crisply charred broccoli and roasted duck, paired with wines recommended by critic Robert Parker. A graceful dance by Step Studio enchanted guests, as generous donations and proceeds from a silent auction raised a total of $313,300 for the KK Regional Outreach to Kids Fund.
