Gourmands from Singapore, Philippines and Australia brought their appetite for Shangri-La Boracay Resort & Spa’s and Bacchus’ Reservations in Paradise. The three-day affair brought guest chef Olivier Pistre from Michelin-starred restaurant Labbe to craft a six-course menu—paired with Burgundy wines by Louis Jadot—on the first night. 

The next two days saw guests donning glamourous resort outfits for a lavish seaside champagne brunch, and later on, a dinner by the beach courtesy of Rima’s resident chef Omar Ugoletti. They also started each morning with a breakfast with a beautiful view at seafood restaurant Sirena.
