Call it the three Cs for a spectacular soiree: company, cuisine and cognac. With that in order, the mood at a recent pairing dinner featuring Martell cognacs couldn’t have been more buoyant. The by-invitation-only event was held at the Pavilion of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore where a sophisticated group of Singapore Tatler guests savoured a four-course meal of French delicacies including foie gras, langoustine and melt-in-your-mouth beef, magnificently paired with the 300-year-old label’s exclusive tricentennial limited editions: Martell Cordon Bleu – A Tribute to Martell’s 300 Year Anniversary Edition and Martell XO Exclusive Tricentenaire Edition. The dinner also featured other favourites the likes of Martell Cordon Bleu and Martell Chanteloup Perspective.
