Diageo's Haig Club single grain scotch whisky made its debut in Singapore last Friday, much to the delight of whisky aficionados. The Haig Club whisky label was developed in partnership with football David Beckham and British entrepreneur Simon Fuller, and Beckham himself popped into town for a Q&A session with select media – turning up the heat in the room by a considerable notch. The launch event saw local tastemakers, chefs, bartenders, and notable personalities from the arts gathering to raise a glass to the pour of the hour.
