Birthdays are best celebrated with great company along with plenty of good food and wine. Jade Kua did just that with an intimate birthday meal held at Yan Ting, the St. Regis Singapore's flagship Chinese restaurant. Guests at the event were treated to an eight-course feast crafted by Chef Tony Wun and toasted to the birthday girl with plenty of wine from such fine producers as Louis Latour and Famille Perrin.
