It’s been said that a good friend is like a gem that’s hard to come by, so for her birthday Jade Kua invited 10 of her closest friends to a private gathering at The St. Regis Singapore’s Cantonese restaurant Yan Ting. Guests enjoyed an exquisite eight-course dinner orchestrated by chef Tony Wun, paired with fine wines from Louis Latour and Famille Perrin, and a decadent chocolate cake rounded off the evening perfectly.
