It was a delightful evening marked by great food and amazing company, as ION Orchard in collaboration with Singapore Tatler Dining kicked off the Signature Indulgences series of dinners on Wednesday (14 June). Organised as part of the ION Orchard Culinary Creations 2017 programme, which also celebrates ION Orchard’s 8th anniversary, the first of three specially curated dinners put the spotlight on some of Taste Paradise’s classic must-haves, as well as chef Jason Low’s deft touch and culinary creativity, as seen in dishes that celebrate both seasonality and artfully updated interpretations of classic flavours. And, of course, on the happy faces on Singapore Tatler’s cherished friends.
