It was not one but two nights of glitzy glamour for Ion Orchard's eight anniversary celebrations. During the by-invite-only gala dinner, VIP guests of the mall's key tenants were invited to Ion Sky’s Salt Grill to kickstart the festivities. At the dinner, the guests had the chance to view and appreciate exclusive high jewellery pieces by Cartier. Korean superstar CL serenaded the guests with two numbers, while Yook Sung Jae from Korean boyband BtoB also performed a mandarin song. Day two of the celebrations saw Yook headlining the Ion Orchard fashion concert, as well as autumn/winter 2017 runway shows by  Salvatore Ferragamo, Dsquared2, Carven, DKNY, and Hardy Hardy.
